We decided not to cook the whole Irish meal today, and instead go out to eat. But I couldn’t spend St. Patrick’s day without some kind of green food hanging around.

So, I came up with these.

Chocolate Bars with minty cream cheese marshmallow fluff on them. YUM!!!  I love marshmallow fluff. Oh and we also had a visit from the leprechauns too. They left green milk and a trail of pennies today.  But I hear they toilet papered my Little Miss Sunshine’s room this morning.  Those leprechauns are  tricky!!!

Creme De Menthe Bars

1 Devils food cake mix

1 egg

1/2 cup butter…..melted

1 jar of marshmallow cream

1 block of cream cheese.

1/3 cup of Creme De Menthe

Mix together cake mix, egg and butter. (It will be crumbly) Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press the rest into an ungreased pan. Mix together marshmallow cream, cream cheese and creme de menthe. Spread over the top. Sprinkle the remaining cak mix over the top. EASY EASY EASY.  Plus they taste completey awesome!!!!
