So I’ve eaten at PF Changs exactly one time. (And yes, I did take a picture of the dino dude sitting under the horse’s butt. Sometimes childish humor is good for the soul. ) It was pretty good food, but not really a place I feel the need to go back to over and over and over again. I did really really love the chicken lettuce wraps. Which is what I think most people go there for. And lo and behold, out there on the world wide web, there are exactly 5 million versions of this lettuce wrap. I chose this one and it turned out fantastically. We used lettuce from the garden, as it’s what available right now, and I actually liked it much better than romaine lettuce. I will venture to say that, even though I probably won’t be a regular at PF changes, I’m pretty sure I will be making these regularly!
