I found this while looking around yesterday for a snack for my little one after school. It was SO easy. And SO tasty. You don’t have to use greek yogurt. And you don’t have to use sugar free jello, in fact I probably wouldn’t, except that’s just what I grabbed (I don’t normally eat or drink sugar free things) AND you don’t have to use the heart molds (which I found at world market, oh how I love that store!) you can use muffin cups instead. I just thought this was appropriate for this time of year. This would be a great thing to make for someone who hates to cook for a special treat. And I believe it would be really easy to double the amount and pour it over pie. Crazy easy.
