It’s All About the Hat

Since Megamind came out earlier this year, my little dude has been on a Michael Jackson kick.  And of course being a child of the 80’s we have a bit of  Michael Jackson on the Ipods. Though, we are a pretty musically diverse family. We pretty much like it all. (though I think I lean a little more toward the chillaxin type and Park is a little more the hard rock type and the hubby… well he’s a little country, so like I said, we kind of do it all)

Anyway, the hats from the 80’s are all over. The kiddo really dug it, so we grabbed one and went a shooting. The suspenders were actually from the 80’s. Awesome huh?

He and I, this little man here, we have been a good team. I know there will come a day when he doesn’t want to go out on a random afternoon and take a couple shots, and I know I will probably be paying him at some point to do so, but right now and for the last five years, we’ve been awesome. So I try to get him out and about in different spots. He’s my favorite model. We have a groove.  I like to tell my stories with photographs. It’s the way I roll. I like books that have pictures in them. They are much more interesting to me. I choose things in my life based on their color. I’m a pretty visual person.

In other news (for the people I don’t talk to everyday) PJ has gone through Kindergarden Roundup and screening. Passed the screening with flying colors (he basicallly aced it!)  and the comments made to us were that he liked to talk and tell them about his daily life, and that he had a very positive attitude.  Which is always good to hear.
