Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

 

Remember how I made ice cream with one ingredient? A frozen banana.

Well, I found a way to make it even better. MUCH better. Something that you can eat just about every day, and not feel one bit bad about it, because there is nothing in it that is bad for you. Not one single thing.

To Make a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie/ Ice Cream:

Blend together two frozen bananas, (I let them warm for a bit, before throwing them in so they aren’t solid as a rock) 1/2 cup almond milk (gives it a nutty taste), 1 teaspoon cocoa, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

UM YUM! It’s pretty much fantastic. And it’s pretty much a fantastic snack. Even my non-chocolate eating Dino Dude likes it. YAY!

The Hubby loves it.

Pretty much everyone that has tasted them, loves it

Unless you hate bananas

Or are alergic to peanut butter.

Or almonds.

Or both.

Then stay away. Move on. (it’s OK, I’ll eat your portion!)
