Knicker Knocking Cake

I made one more cake this weekend. Just for a sweet escape.

This was the Irish version of the “Better than Sex” cake.  Hence its new name.

These things are the easiest things to make and they almost always go over very very quickly at parties.

Knicker Knocking Cake

1 box of chocolate cake mix.  Bake using directions on the box

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup or 1/2 cup Baileys. (Use as much or as little as you want, it’s up to you.)

Whipped cream for topping. (I always use homemade, but you can also use cool whip if you want)

Poke holes into baked cake when it’s still hot.  Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake as well as the Baileys. Let the cake cool and then top it off with the whipped cream. I colored mine green for the upcoming occasion.

Try not to devour it. It’s hard, but try not to.
