So we’ve been coming up with a few more ideas for decorating for day of love. Since I hung my rad ghetto blaster on the wall, I had to take down my chalk board. I decided the kitchen was probably the best place for it to live for a while. I picked up some washable chalk markers and came up with this. (I will be changing it from time to time) We write down little ways how we love each other and hang them along the top.

I also went with red carnations for a bit. No they are not the most romantic flowers. But they are happy. And the smell….it’s happy too! The bell jars are from my Grandma Sophie’s collection. A few of the only things I have of hers. They are not painted.
