Surprise, it’s not a pumpkin recipe. I had to take a small break from pumpkin recipes!
I made these a couple weeks ago for a picnic. I wrapped them up in tin foil, threw them in a bag and off we went. I think the next time I make them, I will chop them into long pieces instead of shredding the chicken, as I think they would be a little less messy. And you can add whatever you want to a wrap, but these had plenty of flavor, so I just kept it simple. Sometimes I need simple.
