I know I said I would post these yesterday, but I was busy being comatose on the couch planning how I will change the world. (I woke up today refreshed and rearing to go)
Crab Bisque is something my dad likes to make occasionally and it was his birthday the other day (Happy Birthday Dad!!!), so I decided to make this to remind me of him and it seriously takes like 15 minutes to make. I used his base recipe, but of course changed things up a bit. I also served it with the adult floats below. I think I posted this recipe about 6 years ago, so it was time to bring it back and make it beautiful. Plus it’s so easy and soooooo good. And it’s one of the few times that I have ice cream in the winter. (Cold things make me cold and I hate being cold.) This would be a perfect thing to make for Valentines Day. And you don’t have to make your own ice cream (although, it AMAZING if you do.) You can buy it. I think it would be really good with some sort of Gelato too.
