So I made a cake last week that I loved. I made it much more spicy than what I indicated in the recipe below, so if you love spice, add more. My husband and I loved it. It was a little too spicy for others. The point though was to give it a little kick. A little something different that the normal chocolate. I love spicy chocolate. LOVE IT. And I didn’t even know it existed until last year. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on it for so long. Taste as you go when you make this, or just leave the spice out if you want. The hot chocolate makes it so good tough and the frosting is very light and creamy.
Also, today is my brother in law’s birthday. He was here last week, all dressed up. I haven’t taken a birthday portrait in several years, so I thought I would grab one this year! Happy Birthday Uncle Tevi.
