Well, it’s the day of green and we spent a good share of it cruising around down south for an eye appointment, but we did get to celebrate earlier this morning. That crazy leprechaun escaped again. We even set a LIVE animal trap (you know the kind where you catch them alive and then move them elsewhere?!) but he was too sneaky for us. We did however find out that his name is Corky (through a questionnaire the little Dino Man left inside the trap)
We will be chowing down on some awesome green tea ice cream when later in the evening. I think I need to go into the ice cream making business, as I we just can’t get enough of it around here!!! (We made coffee ice cream for everyone we know and there hasn’t been one person that didn’t love it!)
