I’ve been photographing this little boisterous, vivacious, awesome little girl since she was tiny.
Her and her mom.
And then came him.
Last year when I photographed them, they were just just about to get married. Her mom was so excited for me to meet him.
They were the perfect fit.
This last week, I got to photograph them, nearly a year later.
And then I heard this charismatic little girl call him “dad.”
And I had to hold in a few emotions. Hold my camera down a couple times.
It was really something to hear her call him that.
He adopted her earlier in the year. She is his. And he is hers. And it’s very evident.
It’s also very evident they are a beautiful family. They belong together.
Thank you for letting me always get to capture her personality. And getting to watch her grow. And getting to watch a family become what it is.
