Like most of the world, our summer plans were a bit changed. Vacations were derailed. Baseball season also came to a complete stop from lack of players available to play.
And so…
Like many other families. We bought a little camper. The camper and RV industry is busier than it ever has been and if you’re in the market they are only available for hours at a time. We managed to buy ours through glass, without any human contact at all through the whole process. What an interesting world we live in.
We’re hoping to take it out a few times this summer. See a little bit more of our own state. Do the things that we’ve put off .
Her name is Little Loretta.
Her maiden voyage was to Pole Mountain.
It was my first time away from the house overnight since I started walking. So, it was a much needed break for me.
We fished and hiked and had dinner in a quartz/ shale pit we found years ago. I was able to manage the rocks better than I expected. My dogs ran free. I got to hammock among the pines and the view of the rolling green hills of spring time in Wyoming. I was exhausted and dirty. Just what I needed.
