I went to make Bailey’s Irish Cream, (you can find that recipe Baileys) as I normally do at the beginning of March every year. I have to work my way up to St. Patty’s. I had all the ingredients ready. Except the syrup. The chocolate syrup was gone. I think the grandparents must have gotten into it while I was away. So, I had to learn how to make chocolate syrup.
And guess what….it’s not really hard at all. Takes about 5 minutes and after it’s been in the fridge, it tastes pretty much exactly like what you buy in the store.
