Several years ago, when my son started Kindergarten, I stood in the hallway right before school ended, during that first emotional week of school, and met a wonderfully caring woman, also waiting for her granddaughter.
We talked about our little ones and their first days. How they were handling it. What they liked. What was hard for them.
And now. several years later…. that little granddaughter and my spunky son, are the best of friends. Like magnets I’m told.
And so, I have had the greatest privilege of getting to know her family. And extended families. And now I have had the chance to photograph them! (Thank you for letting me do that!) How wonderful is that? And they are all beautiful . And fun. And they laugh. And love each other and tease. I love that too!
