I also made these this past weekend, since we had extra people at the house. (I wanted to get them posted today, because I know I will push it back and forget about them, comes with age!) They were gobbled up pretty quick, and were requested for breakfast. They are surprisingly one sweet thing my kiddo likes (he’s a big fan of pumpkin, so he gets a good share of sweet things in the fall.) As usual, I took one recipe and changed it. I like real crumbles best (the kind with rolled oats) where as the original recipe called for cake mix crumbles. Enjoy, they are awesome!
