We were busy bees last week since school was out. We decided on a whim that we needed to make cookies and these were the ones we agreed on. We found them here. And I didn’t have time to make the frosting as the directions indicated (it’s a little lumpy and bumpy, but it tasted amazing.) I gave them to several people and they all had the same reaction. My dad pretty much inhaled them. They are soft and wonderful. They taste wonderful even without the frosting.
