It’s about to start. Thanksgiving cooking. I think I have the menu all together. We have a good mixture of good ol’ stand-bys (green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, canned cranberries (raise your hand if you eat canned cranberries and love them?!) ) But there is always something new and awesome every year as well. I tried several new pumpkin recipes this year, and I loved the muffins the most. I also am really, really partial to pumpkin roll. I salivate even thinking about it. We have a savory stuffing coming that I don’t have the recipe for or the pumpkin cannolis (am I the only one that thinks of the Godfather every time they hear the word cannoli?) that I am really, really looking forward to, but I promise to try and take pictures this year and get those posted before next Thanksgiving (I know that’s a long time to wait) Anyway, here are a few little desserts that I’ve tried and love the best. Some are old and some are new. Happy Cooking!!!
