So to celebrate the six geese a-laying….we had eggs for breakfast. I am not typically a breakfast person. Never have been. Give me a cup of coffee and I’m good to go for a while. But this morning, we all enjoyed sunny side up eggs. Which is a new thing for me. I had never had one until this year, and I decided I liked it. That’s what happens when it takes 20 years for me to try something. The dino dude did too, so that’s what we did. And we needed something to drink with it and my initial thought was eggnog. Which is wonderful, but a little heavy for breakfast. So we tried eggless eggnog. And I’m not kidding you…. it’s pretty much amazing. We AL LOVED IT! L-O-V-E-D it. If you have kids that don’t like the thick stuff, I bet they will like this!
