I hope everyone had a great weekend! I have an awesome recipe to share that was just made on a whim. It was snowing and I didn’t want to leave the house, but my kiddo and I wanted a sweet treat. Ice cream. Coffee ice cream. He has moved on from vanilla to coffee. Anyway, so I scrounged up what I had in the house and came up with the most awesome ice cream recipe ever! It is by far the favorite of our family, so much so that I made it again to take to dinner a couple nights later. Seriously good. Seriously.
And if you want to make even more seriously good…. try pouring a little bit of this on top!
