Thanksgiving is coming, and I’ve been wanting to try a few new things this time around. It’s always good to mix things up a little, right?!!
I always pictured a the first Thanksgiving, corn. Lots of it. In big piles. But we never have it. In any form. And this year, I think we will.
While I was traveling this year, I watched a show where a woman made this wonderful corn pudding. She husked the corn and “milked” it with the back of her knife. I thought it looked wonderful. But the while milking the corn on the cob was little too much, so I figured out, you don’t have to do that at all.
